The founder and Executive Director of BCT, Patrick believes that theater is one of the best ways to build confidence and find community. He loves creating big opportunities and making sure every kid who wants a place on stage can find one at BCT.

Shelly brings her creativity and love of working with kids to BCT, with a special talent for costumes and bringing characters to life. She loves helping young performers feel confident, have fun, and shine on stage.

Tawny brings creativity, warmth, and a love of working with kids to BCT. She loves helping young performers feel comfortable, have fun, and discover the confidence that comes from being part of a show.

Adrian is an award-winning educator and former Principal of the Year who believes deeply in creating meaningful opportunities for kids. He’s been a BCT believer since our very first production of Seussical: a show that may or may not have brought him to tears.

Aimee loves to watch students find themselves on the stage and has witnessed the confidence it created in her own children. When she isn’t watching her kids (or yours) on the stage, she is probably dropping off snacks at rehearsal!

Sue brings a strong sense of community and a genuine love of supporting kids to the BCT Board. She’s also been part of the BCT family from the beginning and is always ready to jump in wherever she’s needed.

Professionally, Amanda is a communication professor at the College of Charleston. She brings her background in communication and community engagement to her work with the Bozeman Children’s Theatre board.
